Having graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), art is my contribution to my family and friends. I make art because it is the easiest way to express myself without feeling hesitant. For me, presenting work to an audience is opening my heart and soul to anybody willing to participate.

Running and walking the city streets helps me find the fire necessary to begin brainstorming concepts and ideas. When I have an idea, I like to write it down and make a story about my next subject. I begin making sketches and brainstorming. I explore different possibilities to develop my concept.

I get inspiration from two opposites. I find urban living, with the hustle and bustle, a primary element for inspiration. On the other hand, I find inspiration in the peaceful solitude of running.

Utilizing three of the five senses, I produce tactile (postcards), visual (electronic, web, video) and sonorous (music) art. The idea is to stimulate the viewers, engaging in their previous experiences while encountering new meanings and perspectives in the art form.
